The bigger picture

If you’re skimming for capabilities, here’s the same product summarized as feature-sized bites—no jargon for its own sake.

Authentication and protected workspace

Users can register, log in, maintain session-cookie auth, log out, and access protected dashboard routes tied to their account.

Freelancer vault management

Freelancers can create and update profile details, configure a custom slug, and publish or unpublish their public vault page.

Public vault profile experience

Each public profile at `/u/:slug` acts like a client-ready portfolio page with trust signals, service framing, and inquiry CTA.

Structured credibility content

The platform supports full CRUD for services, proof of work entries, testimonials, and case studies with practical fields for measurable outcomes.

Lead capture with dashboard visibility

Public inquiries are submitted from vault pages and surfaced in the creator dashboard so leads are trackable and actionable.

Analytics and growth insight

Event tracking (`profile_view`, `cta_click`, `inquiry`) powers summary cards and a rolling 30-day views chart for performance feedback.

Examples and marketing surface

A dedicated Examples page showcases featured freelancer profiles, while marketing routes cover home, features, pricing, trust explainer, contact, privacy, and terms.

How we framed the build

The short version of why it existed, how we tackled it, and where it landed.

The problem

Freelancers often lose deals because proof of results is scattered across chats, PDFs, and platform profiles. They needed one trustworthy destination that combines outcomes, social proof, and clear service packaging.

What we did

We built a dual-surface product: a protected dashboard for managing reputation assets and a polished public vault for buyer-facing credibility. The data model centered on structured proof (problem/action/result), reusable service cards, and measurable trust signals.

Where it is now

The result is an end-to-end reputation system: freelancers can publish a shareable vault, capture inbound leads, and monitor engagement through analytics. It creates a practical bridge from portfolio storytelling to real client conversations.
